Her Lead Story’s Growth Circles enable women to get together locally to share their journeys in a safe, and trusted group driven by a focused guidance from Her Lead Story on professional and personal growth. A Growth circle is a small group of 4-8 women meeting once a month to facilitate growth conversations around new skills, both professional and personal.

A Growth Circle will empower you to invest in your growth at no cost to you (well, except maybe a cup of coffee if you feel like it!) with like-minded women who share the desire to grow. The Circle program’s monthly schedule is driven by the circle members based on their convenience and growth needs while guided by resources from Her Lead Story. In other words, your Growth circle is your free support group to help you navigate professional and personal challenges as they come.
