Her Lead Story Conference Registration Policy

1. Registration Terms

  • All participants must complete online registration via the official Her Lead Story website or designated ticketing platform.
  • Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
  • Registrants will receive an email confirmation; please retain this for all correspondence.
  • Conference badges are non-transferable and must be worn at all times during the event.
  • Substitutions are allowed with prior written notice up to 5 business days before the conference.

2. Privacy Policy

  • Her Lead Story values your privacy. By registering, you consent to the collection and secure storage of your personal data, including name, title, company, and contact information, for the purpose of event administration and communications related to this event.
  • We will never sell your personal data.
  • We may share limited information (such as your name, title, and company) with sponsors and partners to enhance your event experience; we will never share personal contact details (email, phone) without your explicit consent.
  • Photographs and video may be taken during the conference. Her Lead Story reserves the right to use these images in promotional materials, on the website, and on social media. If you do not wish to appear in such materials, please contact us before the event.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration.
  • Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other payment platforms as specified on the registration page.
  • All fees are listed in U.S. dollars.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable except as specified under the Cancellation Policy below.
  • Group discounts or promotional codes must be applied at the time of registration and cannot be applied retroactively.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@herleadstory.com.
  • Refunds will be issued for cancellations received at least 30 days before the conference start date.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the event.
  • If the conference is canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), Her Lead Story reserves the right to offer credit toward a future event in lieu of a refund.

5. Conference Services & Special Accommodations

  • Her Lead Story strives to make events accessible to all participants. If you require special accommodations, please notify us at least 14 days prior to the event.
  • Meals provided at the event will include vegetarian options; please indicate any additional dietary requirements during registration.
  • Conference services may include networking lounges, exhibitor showcases, and speaker sessions. These services are subject to change at Her Lead Story’s discretion.
  • Wi-Fi access will be provided at the venue; details will be shared closer to the event date.

6. Code of Conduct

  • All attendees, sponsors, and speakers are expected to uphold a respectful, inclusive environment in line with Her Lead Story’s mission of supporting women’s leadership and professional growth.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Participants violating these standards may be removed from the event without refund.
